We are a service business. Fulfillment of work will be done remotely or in person. There is no need for a customer to visit our office.
Terms of Service
By using our services, you may make payments by check, cash or via Stripe. If using Stripe, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service.
This includes accepting that Stripe is responsible for handling payment disputes, chargebacks, and card verification.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made to the owner in person and in writing. Determination will be made and agreed to personally. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Stripe’s processing times for refunds may vary.
Security & Compliance
Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses TLS encryption to ensure the safety of all payment data. We do not store card information on our servers.
Acceptable Use
