Gnosis Consulting collects mobile phone numbers from clients to provide automated SMS notifications related to network and equipment monitoring services, as part of our managed services agreements.

  • Consent. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated text message alerts from Gnosis Consulting regarding the status of your monitored network and equipment. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • No Data Sharing. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS notifications will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
  • Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on monitored equipment and network status and is typically limited to service status alerts.
  • Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details regarding your specific plan.
  • Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at robby@gnosisconsulting.biz.
  • Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Clients may request removal from SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly at robby@gnosisconsulting.biz. Aside from SMS opt-in data, we do not collect visitor data over which rights would apply.

Where your data is sent
Mobile numbers collected for SMS alerts are used solely by Gnosis Consulting and our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to deliver service notifications. We do not otherwise send or collect visitor data.
