Gnosis Consulting offers optional SMS text alerts to managed services clients regarding the status of their monitored network and equipment. This page describes how clients opt in and what they can expect.
How Clients Opt In
SMS enrollment is offered during client onboarding, either on our paper onboarding form or a digital equivalent. Clients are presented with the following consent language, as a distinct, unchecked checkbox separate from acceptance of our managed services agreement:
☐ Yes, I would like to receive SMS text alerts from Gnosis Consulting regarding my network and equipment monitoring status, sent to the mobile number provided below: ___________. This is optional and is not required to receive Gnosis Consulting’s services.
Program Details
- Program name: Gnosis Consulting Network & Equipment Monitoring Alerts
- Message types: Automated alerts when monitored network connectivity or equipment goes offline or is restored.
- Message frequency: Varies based on monitored equipment and network status; typically 0-10 messages per month per client.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any Gnosis Consulting service.
How to Stop Receiving Messages
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at robby@gnosisconsulting.biz.
